accounts at will, and cPanel is used for individual accounts.

NOTE: This is NOT managed hosting. Customers
assume responsibility for managing their space, DNS, and other features
for all sub-accounts, individually and collectively. Personal
support will be billed at an hourly rate of $60/hour, minimum 1/4 hour.
